June Dinner and Road Run 2025
Our June Dinner and Road run date's are set for 7th and 8th of June.
The last ever road run over "Sylvia's Gap Road".

To Note: Dinner bookings are essential
Saturday Night Dinner function and all of Sunday will be hosted down at the Gundagai Show Grounds.

Booking with payment are a must for our Saturday Dinner/Function.
Saturday Dinner/Function Bookings are $55.00 per seat.

Please note: Payments can only be done in one of two ways, Direct deposit# or Credit Card*
Any bookings or payments taking by any other means is not a official booking and so entry will not be permitted.
Once booking is taken payment must be in full before by the 1st of Jun 2025 (4th June 2025 for credit card), there will be no late bookings or payments what so ever.

Saturday 7th Jun 2025 (Prepaid Event, Bookings Close 1/6/25)

Cost for the dinner (Looks to be) $55.00 per person, Prepaid
- Seating by 5pm.
- Dinner starts at 6pm
- Auction. (Payment before receiving Purchase)
Please note: Saturday function is a pre-pay event, bookings and payment must be in by the 1st Jun 2025, No Late Bookings.
Extra Cost to pay on the night, Drinks from the bar, Auctions Purchase, Raffle, (There will be Credit Card Payment available)
Also of note: Credit Card payments on the night will have a Card Surcharge of 1.4% of the total added, Card payments can be Eftpos, Visa, Master Card & Amex

Sunday 9th Jun 2025 (Pay On The Day Events)
All hosted or Depart from the Gundagai Show Grounds, Oibell Dr, Gundagai NSW
- Morning wake up Breakfast starts 7am. (Pay before you eat)
- Road Run departs by 10am, (Pay before department, Trucks $30, Cars & all Bikes $10 )
The Road Run departs as a convoy and travels down the main street of Gundagai, then enters the highway, to travel to Tumblong where they turn on to the infamous Sylvia's Gap Rd, at the end all turn around to head back to the showgrounds ether via the way they came or via Adalong to Tumut to Gundagai, - BBQ Lunch on return (Pay before you eat)
Please note: Sunday functions are Pay on the day events, No Bookings required.
Cost to pay on the day, Meals, Raffle, Road Run. (There will be Credit Card Payment available)

- We have been told that this will be the last road run through Sylvia's Gap
- This road run is open to all registered vehicles (permit ones too)
- The Convoy start from the Showgrounds.
- Entry into the road run must be paid before the run departs, Trucks $30, Cars & all Bikes $10, entry forms must be filled out and payment received
- Convoy Departs from the Showgrounds at 10am.
- Convoy travels down Gundagai's Main street as a display before heading for the highway then down to the gap road.
- Anyone that has not paid will not be permitted in to Sylvia's Gap Rd as we issue a label that must be displayed for entry, "No Payment At The Gap Gate"
- After all have travelled to the end we turn around and travel back.
- Once the gap is finished many will take the Adalong to Tumut to Gundagai run to return to the showgrounds. (Some big hills on this run)
Any one wanting to enter this run MUST attend the showground first and please be early as the run departs 10am.

Camping (At The Show Grounds):
Camping is allowed from Friday the 6th to Sunday the 8th Jun 2025.
Camping is free for non mains powered sites.
Mains Powered sites are minimal and have a cost of $15.00 per night / per lead (paid to the Club).
Generators are not recommended, but are allowed within reason (Meaning Time of Day Use, Noise, Safety ...)
Anyone using a generator must have a dry chemical fire extinguisher in reach for fire safety.
There are hot showers at the Show Grounds.
Please Take Note: There is no taxi in Gundagai.
Reminder: Street Parking is not permitted in Gundagai for any vehicles (Not Cars), exceeding 30min limit, Fines could exceed $500.00
