Museum Displays Info Update Form
This form is to be used to help update info on a item in the museum, photos are also welcome too.
Please fill out the form and once you submit we will look over the info and may contact you to make sure of the info.
Please note:
Some options will expand for more info,
Files like Word or PDF can also be uploaded instead of filling all the info fields.
Photos and/or Files must have a Max size of 5Mb each (No Min but bigger is better).
All files and info sent will be checked, also virus and spam checking for all files sent to us.
Photos are best if they are 600 x 400 (Or Larger)
